Sustainable Coffee Growing

Coffee is grown in some of the most beautiful regions of the world. Unfortunately, many of them are also some of the most turbulent and fragile. Deforestation, polution, and workers' rights are just some of the issues surrounding coffee production.

Whenever possible, we procure beans that are certified organic, fair trade, or Rainforest Alliance Certified(TM).

We try to do our part locally as well, recycling all of the "chaff" produced by the roasting process as fertilizer for a local organic tomato farm.
